My favorite flower in the world is the sunflower but I've never been any good at drawing them. For some reason I wasn't able to see the details of it. What I did was slow your drawing down and look at your drawing stroke by stroke. I could see what I was doing wrong and what I was doing right. Being able to watch you draw it stroke by stroke helped tremendously.
