i have several notes about this drawing.... first of all, for those of you don't know, this picture contains hetalia characters, and each character has a country name. the countries in this picture are italy (north and south), germany, prussia, japan, russia, china, spain, france, canada, england, and america. 1. if you think the three in the center are in an awkward pose, i was having the two (canada and england) protecting america, since he's their brother. 2. it took me a while to decide what to color the flag. at first i was thinking that since america was holding it, it would be the american flag, but the picture isn't just about america, so that didn't work. so i looked up the united nations flag, and it worked better, but it had a complex design on it, so i just decided to color it the background color; blue. look it up if you want to see what it really looks like. 3. america isn't trying to shoot russia, and japan isn't trying to cut russia's throat either. 4. romano looks grumpy because he has to sit next to france XD 5. russia is holding the sunflower, it isn't just there randomly. 6. china is holding a spoon and a wok. only a hetalia fan would get why 7. canada is holding an arrow because i thought that if canada were to fight with a weapon it would be a bow and arrow. engalnd is holding his spell book. 8. this took me a REALLY REALLY REALLY long time to color! i am proud of it! :D 9. i have to admit, i stole the layout from an artbook that i have, i could never come up with an awesome picture on my own like this.
