it IS simple....anybody can paint clouds in this kind of way, you just "drip" a white color on the layer and smudge it somewhere 14% OP, and its your choise on how the cloud should look. Since it is almost always windy, they are moving, so they should look more "splatered"....I could make it bether now, its just that I dont want to replace this one ^^
