Hi ive been waiting for so long the premium features but i never expected must pay for it, anyway i suppose what is fine after all but i dont understand how it works, first i cant pay it because my country doesnt appear at billing info, i am from COLOMBIA.

Second and in my humble opinion, the queeky desktop should be free for everybody.

And how it works the storage? if i buy the 2 week subscription after that i loose my works stored?

I seriously need the high resolution export option, the only tool what i use is the the pencil without line only the fill. I want to print my work in large formats.

The payment method what i can use is paypal, may you help me with that?

Hi vladimir,

well, it's called premium for a reason. We just can't make it free because it has associated costs we would not be able to pay if we did not charge for premium. I know this is a sad reality for many people, especially since a few dollars/euros might be a small fortune in other parts of the world.

I think this is not explained well in the product description, but you are not paying for "storage" (this would indeed be a rip-off). You pay for the highres rendering which is expensive, hence we have to set a limit.

You will NOT loose access to your generated content when your subscription expires.

Yes, you can pay via paypal (in fact, it is the only payment method available at this time)

Columbia has been added. You won't loose any data, if you download your created highres drawings. Paypal is ok and should work without problems.

Please note that the Starterpack includes 10MB for Highres creation, this will be enough for 3-4 highres drawings. If you need more highres drawings I would recommend the P6 or P12 package.

Is a shame about donations

Is a shame about donations because queeky should empower us the artists to gain money instead pay to paint, but i understand you position and your needs because you are making an excellent job with queeky, maybe in a near future we could have a service to sell prints through queeky to finance the site and our work, like deviantart.

Thanks for add COLOMBIA to the billing info, but the state/province still missing i live in ANTIOQUIA and the only state what appears is VICHADA which is very far from my house so my address wont match. as soon it works correctly ill subscribe.

Enjoyed Testing Premium Features...

Because we are only 2 persons who work on the upcoming features (and like ever it is more work as expected ), we still need some time to solve a few problems.
