just thought that it wouldbe good if you could upload a picture and put it next to your canvas so you could copy from it:) on my laptop i can never see the whole canvas or pic by putting the windows next to each other

I use the photo guide to do this

Open the canvas to the size you want to work with.


hit the "U" key and select the picture you want along side and then use the arrows on the control to move it to the side of your canvas.


Works best with small images as reference and you may need to use the zoom in and zoom out but it is much better than using a photo in another application and swapping windows. When you save the photo guide isn't kept.
