my saved session is gone

hey everybody

i was working on this drawing last night.
but when i came back to work on it where i left off, it was gone. Sad Sad Sad

i'll say, the time i logged out to the time i checked in would be 9 hrs between.
just curious, how long does saved session last?

Session

A session lasts until you or someone else deletes your temporary internet files/cookies.

Most secure way is to use "Save/load from my computer".
