Multidraw... How to make it work!?
Sonntag, 17/04/2011 - 04:39 – friesfish
Okay, so I created a new group, added a member (friend of mine) and I want to draw together, but how do you do it?! It just says "No images yet. Be the first and attach your drawing ... " and if I click on multidraw I just get a greyed out screen and can't do anything! I tried in Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer and I get the same result... the same as this person... http://www.queeky.com/forum/multidraw-not-working-cannot-start-new-session Am I just totally missing something obvious? Please help!!

logging on to multidraw
Yet another user who is migrating from FlockDraw....the login button for password protected multidraws doesn't seem to be working. When the button is clicked it flashes yellow but does nothing. Help!

How many friends did you add,
How many friends did you add, because I've tried getting into a room which had all the names squished together, and i couldn't get in, then i wondered if it was because the site thought it was all one user, so try just making a room for one of your friends and let them make another room for you.
well,..
You can try reloading(a few times, and you can try SHIFT+CTRL+R.), restarting browser and/or operating system/computer, try clearing your cache, and the only other two things I can think of.. is waiting for twenty minutes, you can be doing something in another tab, but just give it some time, it might be your internet or your computer, just having trouble loading it. check if QueekyPaint is working fine, cause it might be your flash player.
other than that I don't really know, because I've never had that problem last ^^ hehe sorry, just thought I should write what I know. ^__^
If the screen is blank, like that, thats all I know.

Delays
Yes, do not expect computers to be "instant" always. Today I had a notice from Queeky saying I've done nothing for 11 days. I'd given up trying to be a member but now I have managed to get in!

Reloading/Cache
Hi~ thanks for the reply. Yes I tried all of that. The page loads actually but it is stuck at a screen which is greyed out and none of the toolbars or menus can be clicked on, except for the one that says ADMIN, but again that one is just empty and can't be modified (although I can move the window around by clicking and dragging)... I'm not really sure what the problem is...
Same for me...
no matter what browser I use. I have tried Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer and although I used to be able to get in sometimes with IE now I can never get in no matter how many times I refresh or what I do.

Try this ...
- should show you in the bottom left pane of the Lobby
Below your name click on the little 'pile of papers with a + sign' (says create a new multidraw next to it)
Now follow the dialogue and give your multidraw a name and create
I am not sure whether the private password protected multidraw is working now - it was reported not to be a while ago - but Admin or Paul will know this when they next look in
The message you got about no images attached yet - is a group related message rather than a multidraw one. If these steps don't get you in please post back or use the "bug report" tab over on the right so that Admin can take a look if there is a particular issue for you.

Lobby?
Hi there, Thanks for the replies, um... well do you mean the small lobby panel that is on the multidraw page? It only shows admin, contributors, and a few other things, but it doesn't list any contributors in the dropdown and there is no pile of papers icon like you mentioned that i can see anywhere. Is it just totally broken right now? I really wish it were possible to use, I like the interface much better than other sites, and I've been trying to migrate over from flockdraw because it is full of jerks who erase our work whenever they find a room...
So does your screen look like this?

The picture is a little small - but I have marked what I called the pile of paper with an orange ring bottom left - if your screen doesn't look like this though you may be best using the bug report facility to get direct help on what seems to be a technical issue.
