I have a question!

I've been on here for a little over a month but there is one thing I can't figure out. Why do some of the artists have ranks and some don't? I don't have one and I even tried logging out to see so I know it's just because I don't have a rank. So my real question is how do you get a rank? Is there a certain number of views or votes that your supposed to get? It would really be helpful if someone could explain this to me. Thank you!

Once you start
posting drawings people will view your work in the gallery and maybe rate it by the stars under your drawings and maybe leave a comment as well below it. Once you begin to build up ratings from your viewers you will be ranked. Your ranking is not just ratings from others. this is what Admin has posted in the top rated artists section:

Most activities on queeky are rewarded with points which will contribute to your overall ranking here. Polite comments, appropriate ratings and most important stunning drawings will earn you points.

Getting ranked ..........
I could be wrong ... but ... when you are at your Profile site ....... and you click on "upcoming" and or "top artist" ......... a little comment comes up that tells you what puts a person in that catagory ..... I couldn't figure it out either & one day I clicked onto that from "My Profile" and there it was ... telling me I didn't have enough votes or comments to place me in that catagory ............. hope this helped ......
