How do I start a Group?

Hi, I was wondering if any artists out there know how to start a group? I would make it for anime fans... and those who enjoy Manga/anime...
It would be more of a well known anime section, animes like lucky star, kodacha, Special A, High School Host club, Fruits Basket, and other animes known from YouTube. Please, please PLEASE! help me out!

there are already some groups about anime/manga.

please do not create a group if a similar is already existing.

why don't you join one of the existing ones?

2. click "create new group"
