The best way to learn is

The best way to learn is experiment. Also the really cool feature on this website is the replay take a drawing you like from another artist and watch the replay on slow so you can see the brush strokes they did and how they built texture and depth into their drawing and try to immitate these textures. Don't forget you can play with the opacity of the colors too this helps in creating some cool effects. Best of luck!
