I WAS JUST DRAWING IN QUEEKYPAINT (DRAW) FOR SOME LONG TIME, ALMOST FINISHING DRAWING WITH FLOWERS.. SUDENTLY SHOWUP ALMOST EMPTY PAGE WITH WARNING SIGN IN CENTER ..!.. AND ALSO I THINK WAS WRITTEN ...QUEEKY TOOLS..PAGE... WHAT IT MEANS?? WHAT HAPPENED?
BUT, I COULDN'T GET BACK TO MY DRAWING OR TO CONTINUE OR TO SAVE!! HELP! IT SEEMS DIDN'T SAVE AUTOMATICALY, BECAUSE THEN I CAME BACK TO CHECK INTO GALLERY IS NOT THERE!! Shock CAN PLEASE RECOVER MY DRAWING, PLEASE??
I DO NOT KNOW FOR SURE WHICH DRAWING NUMBER, BUT IN GALLERY WAS LAST RECENT # 137566, BEFORE THAT # 137563. SO AROUND THOSE SHOULD BE MY INANINA DRAWING, I LIKED IT A LOT- PLEASE ADMINISTRATION HELP Glasses TO FIND-RECOVER MY NEWEST DRAWING!

I am sorry, but you've lost

I am sorry, but you've lost your drawing. This has happened to me several times before and there was no way for me to recover my lost drawings either.


I suggest saving many times while drawing, saving to your computer is a lot quicker then saving to your Queeky account. It also will publish it on the front page regardless of when you have saved it.


I've noticed that zooming in and out causes the "warning sign" sporadically.

OH, THANK YOU FOR WRIGHTING...

STILL WAITING FOR ADMINISTRATION AND OTHER QUEEKIANS EXPERIENCES MORE EXPLANATION SO THIS WAY I COULD AVOID MISTAKES AND WISH TO LEARN MORE.. BUT I WAS "GLUED" TO PC FOR LONG AN TIERED, WAS GETTING WOULD SAY LOVELY DRAW AND LOOOOOST!- FEELING LIKE CRYING!.. Sad Sad

please activate "autosave"

please activate "autosave" (File->autosave) to save your drawings before crash.

you can then reconstruct the lost drawing using "File->load session".


can you please make a screenshot when it happens again?
